Returns/Refunds

Manufacturers Defects:

Good purchased from Watches International can be returned for exact replacement for manufacturer defects only. If the product is found to have manufacturer defect by your end client, defect should be reported via photos/videos and description and product returned within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. All returns to shipping warehouse must accompany a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) obtained from the Guest Relations Department; email Sid@bmwatch.com. The RMA# should be placed on the front of the shipping label, highlighted in yellow, for the return to be accepted by our warehouse. Packages without highlighted RMA#’s will be refused due to improper identification. This process assists our team to continue providing timely, accurate and friendly service to our clients due to our high volume of package processing. Once the goods are received and defect confirmed, all monies will be refunded within 2 to 4 business days (shipping and drop ship fee excluded).

Merchandise Lost during Shipping:

If merchandise is lost during shipping and a tracer has confirmed the package is lost, the Guest Relations Department will offer a refund to the merchant within seven (7) business days of the discovery ((shipping and drop ship fee excluded).

Reasons other than stated above:

If client decides to return the product beyond the two reasons mentioned above, Guest Relations Department will take a decision and offer a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). The procedure will then be similar to the Manufacturers Defect description stated above. Once the product is marked received in sellable state with original packaging by the Guest Relations Department, all monies except 20% restocking fee, shipping and drop ship fee, will be refunded back to the merchant.
